Welcome to our beautiful 5 Bed, 5 Bath, West Facing Pool Villa located in the quiet gated community of Vista Park. Only 15 mins from Disney, 5 mins to great Shops and Restaurants.
This home has all the necessary amenities to make your family’s vacation perfect. All rooms have Large Smart TV's with superior sound system in the living room. There is a Large outdoor Kitchen with state of art gasgrill.The Screened Pool area is wonderful to relax, and the pool can be heated for an additional charge
Vista Park is a quiet and secluded gated development located just off the US27 in the popular region of Davenport. It is ideally located being less than 15 minutes drive from Disney and within a 30 minutes drive of Universal Studios, SeaWorld and the amazing new waterpark at Volcano Bay.The new Promenade at Sunset Walk is a 7 minute drive, where you will find excellent restaurants and bars, Cinema's and Shops
For lovers of sport fans, the recently built Northeast Regional Park is just a 3 minutes drive up the US27, where you can play tennis, soccer, baseball, basketball and bowling and indulge in a variety of water sports. If you are into fishing, the beautiful Old Lake Davenport next to the NRP is a great place to try your skills.
Everyone knows that Orlando is a golfers paradise and Vista Park is just a 5 minutes drive south on the US27 away from the much revered Highlands Reserve Golf Club, plus you have a choice of more than 20 other championship golf courses all close by.
There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity of Vista Park, many of which are within walking distance such as the popular Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar which is just a 20 minute walk away, or you have a great choice of restaurants all within 1-2 miles from the resort. Berry Town Center just 3 minutes drive away where you will find a Publix supermarket and just 3 miles north on the US27 there is a Walmart.
The I4 interstate intersection with the US27 is just 6.5 miles to the south where you can then easily get to the beautiful Atlantic or Gulf Coast beaches in under a 2 hours drive.

Vista Resort
131 Vista Dr was a fantastic home.Home has a heated spa and pool with a patio grill area that is the best I have ever seen.The smart tvs in all rooms including the game room is a big plus.The home is the perfect spot for families or groups looking for the perfect location near it all.Communication throughout the whole rental process was top notch.The welcome basket is a great touch not normally seen.I definitely recommend this rental for anyone looking to vacation in this area.

The Disney Honeymooners
We were given the chance to stay here during our honeymoon ! We did run into a few problems but the owner fixed everything and responded quickly along with maintenance! They were putting together the game room when we were about to leave so we were the first to play the pool table. The pictures fit exactly what you see when you arrive. The pool is gorgeous , spa is perfect , the home is clean to perfection, and great for the price. We are so excited to return again with our family! To make this our vacation home each year❤️❤️❤️

Best Family Vacation Ever
Location, location, location! So convenient to all the parks, yummy restaurants, shopping and sites! Easy to book and communicate with the host (direct contact). We had the absolute best family vacation staying here. The house easily accommodated 8 people! As soon as we entered the gated community we knew we were in a safe kid friendly neighborhood. Next time we will bring our bikes for an evening stroll. During our stay we were able to swim, cook (including grilling) and even have an Easter Egg hunt! As a parent of young children it was so much easier and comforting to be able to watch my girls in a pool in the backyard instead of stressing at a crowded resort. Having multiple bedrooms and bathrooms allowed everyone to have their own space and no fighting over shower time! Best vacay!
